Here at Bon Ami Cattery we firmly believe in providing our customer's with the best possible kitten / cat
available. We only have a few select litters to offer each year, and thus our kittens are bred for quality
NOT quantity.
We work very hard to ensure our breeder cats are kept in top health and are tested on a regular basis.
Our cats are carefully selected from all over the world to bring the best possible representation of the
Peterbald into our cattery.
Our cattery currently has 5 breeder cats, 3 females and 2 males. We typically only breed one female at
a time to properly socialize each and every kitten in the litter. Our breeder cats as well as their offspring
are part of our family.
You should feel confident that when you work with Bon Ami cattery, you are getting a healthy, lovable,
spoiled kitten. Occasionally, we may retire a breeder and offer it for adoption. We tend to retire our cats
young so they can enjoy many years as a beloved pet. All of our cats come with a health guarantee
against any genetic illness, and our vet is always available to answer your questions.
Below is a sample pet contract for your review. Bon Ami Cattery reserves the right to change / alter the

Russian Peterbald Pet Kitten Sales Contract

Purchaser agrees to the following conditions of sale:
1. This kitten is being purchased solely as a pet and is under NO
circumstances to be bred. Some pets may be of show quality and specific
arrangements will be made between the buyer and seller.
2. If kitten/cat is being shipped, all costs must be prepaid prior to the
kitten leaving the cattery. $250.00 includes airfare, crate, health
certificate. Shipping arrangements will be made by the seller.
3. Under no circumstances will this kitten/cat be sold, leased, or given to
any pet shop, research laboratory, or similar facility.
4. This kitten is not to roam outside unattended for any reason. The
kitten will either be in a crate or on a leash. A frightened cat can jump
from your arms very easily and become lost.
5. Buyer agrees to spay / neuter kitten between four and seven months
of age. Proof of alteration from a licensed veterinarian must be provided
before 9 months of age or seller retains the right to confiscate said kitten
at buyer's expense. NO accidental litters. EVER! Seller reserves the
right to alter kitten before placing it with buyer. If this should happen, the
kitten will be made available to buyer once it has fully healed from the
surgery.
6.Seller agrees to provide TICA registration papers of said kitten upon
documented proof of altering said kitten. Retired breeder cats are altered
prior to placement.
7. Buyer agrees to contact the seller immediately if he or she is unable to
keep this kitten/cat. This kitten/cat may not be placed in another home
without the written consent of the seller. The seller retains first right of
refusal for the life of the cat and will work with buyer to find a replacement
home.
8. Buyer agrees to never surrender kitten/cat to any form of shelter for
any reason for the life of the cat.
9. Kitten/cat will have been examined by a licensed veterinarian prior to
leaving the cattery. The buyer agrees to have kitten/cat examined by
their veterinarian within 72 hours or health guarantee is null and void.
10. Buyer agrees to keep kitten/cat quarantined from all other pets for a
minimum of 14 days or health guarantee is null and void. The seller
assumes full responsibility for health of ktiten/cat at the time of delivery. If
kitten/cat is being shipped, and the airline is found to have neglected or
caused harm to said kitten/cat a claim will be placed with the airline for
reimbursement to the buyer. The seller will not offer a refund in the event
the airline was at fault. The buyer will be reimbursed directly from airline
company.
11. Seller does not guarantee buyer will or will not be allergic to the
Russian Peterbald. We do not offer any form of compensation based on
allergies.
12. Buyer agrees that any violation of this contract allows seller to
unconditionally reclaim the kitten/cat at any time.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
The seller guarantees that said kitten/cat is in excellent health at the time
it leaves the cattery. All health documentation is provided to the buyer at
time of sale. Shots will be up to date, kitten will have been wormed 2-3
times, negative fecal float test, PCR tested and vet approved for health.
To the best of our ability, we guarantee it is free of fungus, parasites,
both internal and external, and infectious diseases. No kitten/cat may be
returned for health reasons unless it has been examined by a licensed
veterinarian within three (3) days of purchase and certified by a letter
from the veterinarian that it is unhealthy. A detailed statement by the
examining veterinarian will precede the return of the kitten/cat for health
reasons and shall state what the illness is, treatment options, and
whether or not it is life threatening. Seller reserves the right to have a
second opinion of her choice. Seller is not liable for any health issues
arising from being placed with other animals once it leaves the cattery.
At Bon Ami Cattery, I firmly Stand behind each and every kitten. If your
kitten/cat is found to have a genetic disease found to be originated at this
cattery, a full refund or replacement kitten will be offered.
Unless other arrangement have been made, the kitten/cat will need to be
returned to the seller for refund to become effective.
This kitten/cat is sold under the provisions and health guarantee set forth
in this contract. By signing below, you are entering into a legally binding
contract. Any and all legal fees, transportation, etc. Is the responsibility
of the buyer should the cat need to be reclaimed.
